Absolutely incredible hat. Allover soft velvety with mixed floral print and gold thread accents. Crushed red velvet lining. By 90s designer Venetian Paradise-very rare and collectible. Elastic stretch around head with floppy adjustable rim. Body of hat is structured and extra high and tall. Doesn’t flop, stays upright.
