Incredibly RARE tapestry floral pants by 90s Rock N Roll Brand, Lip Service. All over floral motif. Very low waisted. With grommet and lace up closure at front and both sides of the legs. Ankle area has been cut. 

Excellent condition other than ankle hole being cut wider. Goes unnoticed 

-These fit EXTREMELY SMALL. Like a double zero (00) 

- heavy tapestry fabric has NO STRETCH. Best for an XXXS
